English: A small amount of honey is put on the prism of the refractometer. The instrument is set up in a well lit surrounding in order to see the border of the light and dark segment clearly. Depending on the type of the instrument the analyst can read the refractive index or the percentage of dry mass.
Македонски: Мало количество мед се капнува на призмата од рефрактометарот. Инструментот се поставува во добро осветлена просторија со цел јасно да се види границата меѓу темното и светлото поле. Зависно од типот на инструментот, аналитичарот може да го прочита индексот на рефракција или процентот на сува маса. |
